Giant Moss Agate Stone Plugs

We recently got in some Giant Moss Agate Stone Plugs in sizes from 9/16″ (14mm) through to 1 3/16″ (30mm). Moss agate is a lovely material but it does vary an awful lot and almost every plug that we have is different so we have listed these on the website in a slightly different way to normal. We are letting you choose the plug you buy. Its very simple you just take a look at the picture choose a plug and make your selection from the drop down list for each listing, just remember that we only have 1 plug of each letter so you can’t buy 2 A’s for example. Checkout the image below to see what I mean.

Plug A Day – Ebony Plug with Agate Inlay

Ebony wood is a really great wood for plugs/spirals and just anything where it is used as jewellery in general. I am really liking inlays at the moment and have been making some large gauge labrets with inlays for both myself and customers recently (I’ll have to start show casing my labret jewellery soon ;) ) and thought that it would be great to wear some plugs with inlays to go with my inlaid labrets. These are made from ebony wood with an agate inlay.

On both ears I have 3 sets of stretched holes, from the inside out these are 0G (8mm), 2G (6mm) and 4G (5mm). When I wear wood, stone, glass or other organics in my 0G (8mm) first hole I tend to wear simple and plain silicone tunnels in the other 2 which you can see in the picture below.Plug A Day - Ebony Wood Plug with Agate InlayEvery piece of jewellery pictured we sell or can get a hold of via custom order so if you see something you like and cannot find it currently for sale on our website get in touch with us!

Plug A Day – Sardonyx

It is not often that you find orange gemstone, even more rare when it is used for body jewellery. Today’s piece is made from Sardonyx, a member of the onyx family of gemstones but itself not un-similar to many agates. Almost all of the pieces we have are banded, orange with white stripes, some have other colours in the mix and the thickness of the banding does vary but they are all lovely pieces.

Tears Turn to Stone

Rather an interesting set of items we have just received from the manufacturer are some teardrop shaped stone plugs. This is an awesome shape to wear, and your stretched ears do not need to be teardrop shape to wear these as your piercing will change shape to whatever jewellery is put in there and will quite happily go back to a round plug/tunnel when you change back.
